Bear with me, I promise this circles back to you, your health, and your body.

How do you define Spirituality?

As I looked for the definition through it took me on a “Word Chase”for clarification.


—noun, plural spir·it·u·al·i·ties. 1- the quality or fact of being spiritual. 2- incorporeal or immaterial nature. 3- predominantly spiritual character as shown in thought, life, etc.; spiritual tendency or tone.


—adjective 1- of, relating to, or consisting of spirit; incorporeal. 2- of or relating to the spirit or soul, as distinguished from the physical nature: a spiritual approach to life. 3- closely akin in interests, attitude, outlook, etc.: the professor's spiritual heir in linguistics. 4- of or relating to spirits or to spiritualists; supernatural or spiritualistic. 5- characterized by or suggesting predominance of the spirit; ethereal or delicately refined: She is more of a spiritual type than her rowdy brother. 6- of or relating to the spirit as the seat of the moral or religious nature. 7- of or relating to sacred things or matters; religious; devotional; sacred. 8- of or belonging to the church; ecclesiastical: lords spiritual and temporal. 9- of or relating to the mind or intellect.


— noun 1- the principle of conscious life; the vital principle in humans, animating the body or mediating between body and soul. 2- the incorporeal part of humans: present in spirit though absent in body. 3- the soul regarded as separating from the body at death. 4- conscious, incorporeal being, as opposed to matter: the world of spirit. 5- a supernatural, incorporeal being, especially one inhabiting a place, object, etc., or having a particular character: evil spirits. 6- a fairy, sprite, or elf. 7- an angel or demon. 8- an attitude or principle that inspires, animates, or pervades thought, feeling, or action: the spirit of reform. 9- ( initial capital letter ) the divine influence as an agency working in the human heart. 10- a divine, inspiring, or animating being or influence. Num. 11:25; Is. 32:15.

So seriously, after reading the definition of spirit, spiritual, and spirituality…
